Project: To fully carry out the manufacturing of 5 armoured doors, ensuring the radiological protection of all personnel and the environment

To create 5 armoured doors of different sizes and configurations, with masses and thicknesses varying from 20 to 60 tonnes and from 500 to 2000 mm
To install 2 glove boxes, 1 pivot door, 2 sliding doors, 2 stopper doors and 1 cart allowing the preparation and the transfer of targets on the GANIL site (Large Heavy Ion National Accelerator)
To integrate specific heavy-ion radiological protection into doors
To ensure the correct dimensions for earthquake resistance
To verify the specific characteristics of concrete pouring

Mechanical, electrical and automation studies
Creation of the dimensioning justification calculation reports
To produce and supply the installation’s constituent components
Electrical connections
Regulatory tests and markings
Compliance with applicable standards and regulations, in particular the French quality decree of 10/08/1984, modified by the decree of 07/02/2012
Provision of full technical documentation
On-site delivery including transport and lifting equipment
Installation, connection, start-up and commissioning
Training of operating staff
