Extension of the Maurice Tubiana laboratory
Project: To create facilities (Lot 5 – mechanics and piping) as part of developments within the LMT radioelement production workshop located in Bessines-sur-Gartempe (Haute-Vienne)
Aims and characteristics:
- To carry out the installations for lot 5, comprising 5 stations: handling, dissolution, thorium elution, radium fixation, radium concentration and tanks
- To design and install a gantry crane and a containment chamber
- To respect lead biological-protection regulations
- To carry out the production and commissioning of two 20 m3 tanks with drum tipper
